Bladder Tank is a large foam liquid concentrate container equipped with a synthetic membrane resistant to abrasive foam materials and a foam proportioner. Bladder Tank is a certified product with a test pressure of 18 bar and a design pressure of 12 bar. Moreover, it can be safely used in temperature conditions ranging from -10°C to +50°C. With its simple mechanism and ability to hold foam bags of different sizes with minimal pressure loss, this product offers a reliable solution for foam proportioning systems. When the foam concentrate is stored in the internal membrane, the tank is used with an internal membrane, while if it contacts the external membrane and is located outside the concentrate container, it is used with an external membrane. Bladder Tank performs foam proportioning using water from the water supply network. Operating with a simple mechanism, the product can hold foam bags of various sizes with minimal pressure loss and can typically be calibrated at percentages of 1%, 3%, and 6%.
